Digital Orders (Meal Plans & Cookbooks e-books)

All sales for digital items, e-books, meal plans & cookbooks are final and cannot be cancelled as they are delivered instantly upon purchase. However, if a mistake purchase was made you can reach out to our support team to review your request.

Protein Orders (Autumn's Whey Protein Powder)

Orders can be canceled prior to shipment on the [same business day] that the order was placed. If your order has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping and returning the items un-opened. 

If you need to cancel, please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

If you have already received a 'Your Order has Shipped' email, we are unable to cancel your order. However, you can request a return or exchange once your order arrives.
