What is the difference between the Body Recompostion Meal Plan and the 21 Day IF Program?Updated 15 days ago
The Body Recomposition Meal Plan (formerly titled the 2024 6 Week Summer Meal Plan) is a stand-alone meal plan developed to provide over 50 new recipes and additional information specific to body recomposition (maintain/build muscle while losing body fat) and works in tandem with the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle protocols. It is broken down into 3 different levels, so that you can customize the Program to fit your specific level of fitness and carbohydrate sensitivity.
The 21 Day IF Program is phase 1 of the Complete IF Bundle Programs. With the 21 Day IF Program, you will implement AEN Nutrient Timing and Intermittent Fasting to tap into fat burning mechanisms and improve gut health. The 21 Day IF Program also includes three weeks of hormone balancing strength workouts that you can use to start building muscle. It also includes a section on how to customize the recipes for a weight loss goal on page 40.
