Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

You can contact our customer service team at [[email protected]] to cancel your order if it has not shipped yet. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. Digital orders cannot be cancelled/refunded/returned due to the nature of their e-delivery.
