If your order has been lost during transit and you purchased shipping insurance, please email us at [email protected] and we can assist you with your order.
If you have not purchased shipping insurance, we recommend reaching out to your shipping provider (UPS, USPS, etc.) with your tracking number to help locate your lost package.
