Autumn's Whey Protein Powder uses zero added sugars and zero sugar alcohols. Instead, we use a natural zero sugar sweetener called monk fruit extract to provide a hint of sweetness.  We only use monk monk fruit extract and we don't "cut" it with other sweeteners like stevia or sugar alcohols.
